Lil bit of this and that!

To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do, that is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself, to test your limits, that is the courage to succeed. Bernard Edmonds

Tonight's Cooking Adventure!

Is tomorrow's breakfast...that is if I can keep myself from eating any of it tonight. It smells delicious!

I found the recipe here at The Food Blogga

Here is how ours came out! It is easy to make and looks like it will be a nice addition to our summer menu of breakfast treats. If you have not stopped by The Food Blogga, please do! She has lots of good things to try.

I cannot believe that we are going into 4th of July week, but the temperatures that we had here today sure do prove different. It hit 101 here today, and that is a new record high for the day. Too much, too fast. And tomorrow is supposed to be a balmy 95! So I am thinking that we might be pushing the century mark one more time. I do not want to see our next electric bill, but what can you do?

Hugs to everyone! Stay cool!
